Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker or digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For the Caramel Topping:

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (additional for topping)
  • Extra biscuit crumbs for decoration (optional)
