Ingredients:
- One lemon for the dressing

- Teeth of three cups baby rocket
- Two cups of halved cherry tomatoes
- One fifteen-ounce can, drained and rinsed, or one and a half cups of cooked cannellini beans
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh dill
- ¼ thinly sliced medium red onion
