15 ounces canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or 1 1/4 cup cooked chickpeas)

1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

1 teaspoon allspice

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup broken vermicelli noodles (or orzo)
