Black Forest Cheesecake

  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup Kirsch (cherry liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For the Toppings:

  • 2 cups homemade whipped cream (or store-bought)
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
  • Maraschino cherries, for decoration
