Brown Sugar Pineapple Pork Chops

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Pork Chops: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Prepare Sauce Mixture: In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Assemble and Bake: Place the seared pork chops in a baking dish. Pour the brown sugar-pineapple mixture over the pork chops. Top each chop with a pineapple ring.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the sauce has thickened and caramelized.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
