butter cookies

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of flour
185g butter room temperature
¼ cup milk
1 egg
1½ cup icing sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD

*In a large bowl, sift together flour and salt, mix and set aside

*In a separate bowl, beat butter and icing sugar until pale and creamy

*Add one egg and beat for about 3 min

*Add milk and vanilla extract, mix

*Gradually add flour to the butter mixture and mix properly

*Place batter in pipping bags with different noozles

*Pipe batter into a greased and lined baking tray

*Place the tray in fridge and chill for 30m(cookies wont loose their shape when baking)

*Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
