Cabbage Beef Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and frivolously grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown floor beef with onion in a skillet over medium warmth till cooked via and onion is mushy.
  3. Drain extra fats, then season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of cabbage within the baking dish, adopted by beef combination, rice, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Add remaining cabbage, then pour beef broth evenly over the whole lot.
  6. Cowl with foil and bake for 45 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Take away foil, sprinkle cheese on high, and bake uncovered for 10-Quarter-hour till bubbly and golden.
