CREAMY ALFREDO LASAGNA SOUP

  1. Sauté Sausage and Vegetables: Brown ground sausage in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms; cook for 5-6 minutes over medium-low heat.
  2. Incorporate Garlic and Spinach: Stir in minced garlic and spinach, and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  3. Add Chicken Broth: Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Introduce Noodles and Herbs: Add broken lasagna noodles, dried oregano, and dried basil, and bring the mixture to a low boil.
  5. Cook Noodles: Allow the soup to cook for 10-12 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
  6. Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a separate skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and continue cooking for 1 minute, whisking constantly until the mixture is bubbling.
