Components For Easy Shrimp and Crab Quiche

1. Four eggs
2. Half a cup of thick cream for whipping
3. Half a cup of unflavored almond milk
4. One tsp olive oil
5. half a cup of finely chopped onions
6. 1/4 cup of finely sliced green peppers
7. 1/4 cup of finely chopped red peppers
8. Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
9. Half a cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
10. One tsp seared seasoning I tasted and added salt, pepper, and Old Bay.

13. 8 oz raw shrimp Peeled and deveined. I like to cut it up into chunks.
