Healthy Cauliflower Fritters

Guidelines:

  1. Cook the Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower florets in a large saucepan of boiling water. Cook the cauliflower for 6 to 8 minutes, or until it’s soft but not mushy. After draining, let the cauliflower cool a little.

  6. Serve: Present the hot cauliflower fritters beside a serving of yogurt or sour cream for dipping. For more taste and freshness, you may also top them with additional onions.
