  • 1 lb baby potatoes, sliced in half
  • 8 small tomatoes, halved

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, rosemary, and basil
