Prepare the Chicken Marinade

Prepare the Kung Pao Sauce

  1. Whisk the Sauce: In another medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, balsamic vinegar, hoisin sauce, granulated sugar, water, and cornstarch. Set it aside.
