Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing, beaten eggs, chicken broth, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

If you prefer extra crispy stuffing balls, roll each ball in breadcrumbs before placing them on the baking sheet.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and heated through.

Serve warm with cranberry sauce for dipping, if desired.
