Lemon and Cucumber Detox Drink

  • Wash the cucumber and lemon thoroughly. Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon into rounds.
  • If you’re using mint leaves, wash them as well.
  • If you’re adding ginger, grate a small piece.
  • Combine in a Pitcher:
    • In a large pitcher, add the cucumber slices, lemon slices, mint leaves, and grated ginger.
    • Pour in 1-2 liters of water, depending on the size of your pitcher.
  • Infuse the Water:
    • Allow the mixture to infuse by placing the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor.
  • Drink Throughout the Day:
