1 cup hot coffee

For the filling:

8 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup dark rum

For the frosting:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature

4 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tsp. vanilla extract
