- 1 1/2 pound of large shrimp that have been skinned and deveined
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- One lime
- two thinly sliced bell peppers
- one-fourth cup split olive oil
- eight tortillas
FAJITA SEASONING:
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
