  1. Cook the Shrimp:
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side or until cooked through. Shrimp should be pink and opaque.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and cover to keep warm.

Sautéing the Vegetables

  1. Cook the Asparagus:
  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the asparagus and cook until crisp-tender, stirring frequently for approximately 4-5 minutes.
  1. Add Garlic and Tomatoes:
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  • Add the grape tomatoes and cook for an additional 30 seconds, stirring several times.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the dry white wine to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, allowing it to reduce slightly.

  • Return the shrimp to the skillet, along with the lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • Warm for a little less than 1 minute while seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Serve:
