Soft Chinese with custard and chocolate chips

Chinese, also called Schneckenkuchen, is a soft brioche covered with custard and chocolate chips, spiraled for a gourmet pleasure in every bite!
Ingredients:
For the brioche dough:
500 g flour
80 g sugar
10 g dry yeast for bakers
200 ml warm milk
80 g soft butter
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
For the custard:
500 ml milk
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
40 g ma ïzena
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g chocolate chips (or raisins)
