- 1 packet of instant lemon pudding mix (approximately 3.5 ounces)
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup of vegetable oil

- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zested
- 3 tablespoons of water
