Tiramisu Pudding Cups

Prepare the Coffee Layer:
  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Stir in the sugar and coffee liqueur (if using). Set aside.
Prepare the Cream Layer:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined
