Tiramisu Pudding Cups

Assemble the Tiramisu Cups:

  1. Place a layer of broken ladyfingers at the bottom of each serving cup.
  2. Spoon some of the coffee mixture over the ladyfingers, ensuring they are well soaked but not too soggy.
  3. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of the mascarpone cream on top.
    Chill and Serve:
  5. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
  6. Before serving, dust the top of each cup with cocoa powder.
